  My husband past away three years ago.  I am the grandmother of seven granddaughters, one grandson.  My grandchildren range from nine years old to a granddaughter born April 14, 2000.

  I am into doing crafts.  I do wood working, needlepoint, plastic canvas work.  I collect several items: cows, pigs, dolls, and angels.

  The most important things to me are my children and grandchildren.  I enjoy spending time with my friends.  I opened a business in Creston, ran it for one year, and had to sell in due to health reasons.

  I write for the Afton Star Enterprise newspaper in Afton, Iowa.
