I continue to maintain a very small private counseling practice, which I enjoy. I use hypnotherapy with some of my clients, and have enjoyed learning and practicing this type of counseling in addition to my regular
counseling.

No grandkids yet, although my daughter got married last summer. She and I had a great time planning the wedding, which took place in a historic hotel here in Denver. And Randy and I consider ourselves very lucky to have gotten a wonderful son-in-law, Forest. His middle name is Rainbow, and he's a good sport about it when we tease him. Obviously, his parents are of our generation!

I consider myself very lucky because all three of my kids live here in Denver, so we can get together often and be a part of each others' lives. I enjoy watching them become young adults and getting started on their own lives.

I also enjoy traveling with my husband, riding around in my little red convertible (must be an inherited trait - remember Dad's Corvair?), walking and sometimes running (so slow I'm almost embarrassed to call it running, but it is), reading, writing for the alumni newsletter when they're kind enough to ask me, singing in a chorus (just started that and love it - didn't realize how much I'd missed it), flying with Randy in the small airplane he built with a partner (okay, I don't enjoy this, but don't tell him that!), socializing with family and friends, and just enjoying life in general.
