  As you know, I married Barb McClelland 25 years ago this Aug. and we are planning a trip to northern California if my back allows me. I have been off work for 3 weeks now suffering from a herniated disc in my back. You know the old saying "getting old ain't for sissies." I guess most of us turn the big 50 next year. Where has the time gone??

  We have 2 children: Emily who is a freshman in college at the University of Missouri and John who will be a freshman in high school.

  I have completed 20 years of a 30 year sentence with the U.S. Postal Service.   

  In my spare time I like to fish and hunt with my son and play guitar.  The internet is great for getting guitar songs.  tabspider.com is one of my favorite sites. I have gotten serious about lead the past few years and have made some major improvements with the pentatonic scales. They are great for improvising but tend to sound alot alike.
