We live on the family farm in the same house I grew up in. I thoroughly enjoy the quiet and peacefulness of our location, although the neighborhood is changing rapidly as housing developments move our way.

I am a part of a 40-plus person CPA firm with offices in West Des Moines and Winterset. I enjoy being involved in many community activities and volunteer groups, especially the Winterset Alumni Association. When not working, I enjoy outdoor activities, including biking, jogging, and watching Iowa State athletics.

I enjoy Winterset and plan to retire here. I look forward to each class reunion and seeing old friends. Hope many of our class will be able to attend our 35th reunion.
